In 2023, the second International Association for Health Risk Management (IHRMA) H-EAP year-end event and outstanding employer of the year award was launched. Inviting enterprises from all industries to participate in the "2022-2023 H-EAP TOP AWARDS", recognizing the outstanding contributions and achievements made by enterprises in promoting H-EAP practices, service management, project implementation, innovative abilities, employee satisfaction, etc., and ultimately selecting the entities on the H-EAP awards list.

With the promotion and implementation of "Healthy China 2030", more and more companies are also involved in the construction of healthy companies. These companies come from different industries and have different natures and scales. They have provided a wide variety of health risk management and H-EAP services for their employees, and have established a high-quality reputation among employees, companies and industries. These companies gain valuable experience and fruitful system construction and become the leader of healthy companies in the practice of H-EAP.

The acceleration of the implementation of national policies in 2019 has opened up the era of H-EAP: the state has issued a series of policies to vigorously promote the construction of healthy enterprises, paying great attention to the health of enterprise employees. In 2019, Healthy China2030made "Implementing Mental Health Promotion Actions" as one of the fifteen main tasks of three major categories.
