The acceleration of the implementation of national policies in 2019 has opened up the era of H-EAP: the state has issued a series of policies to vigorously promote the construction of healthy enterprises, paying great attention to the health of enterprise employees. In 2019, Healthy China2030made "Implementing Mental Health Promotion Actions" as one of the fifteen main tasks of three major categories. Promoting the Construction of Healthy Enterprises issued by the National Health Commission of the PRC in 2019 mentioned, "The construction of a healthy company should focus on the provision of health management and service, and the creation of a healthy culture. It is carried out from multiple angles and dimensions to ensure the physical and mental health of employees."
More and more companies have been involved in the construction of healthy companies. These companies come from different industries and have different natures and scales. They have provided a wide variety of health risk management and EAP (H-EAP) services for their employees, and have established a high-quality reputation among employees, companies and industries. These companies gain valuable experience and fruitful system construction and become the leader of healthy companies in the practice of H-EAP.
In 2019, the International Health Risk Management Association (IHRMA) China's H-EAP Year-end Ceremony and Selection of Excellent Companies List kicked off. This is the first selection of H-EAP practice in China. It is sponsored by the International Health Risk Management Association (IHRMA), which actively promotes global disease and health risk management, especially health risk prevention and health promotion.
After intensive consideration lasting for more than a month by the international and domestic jury of IHRMA, following the principles of rigorousness, confidentiality, and non-profit, and under the premise of guaranteeing the selection of notarization, strict confidentiality of the non-public content of companies, and no charge in any form throughout the process. The sponsor also thoroughly considered and accurately verified the attention dynamics of the applied companies in the practice of H-EAP services, service management models, project implementation, innovative and practical capabilities, and employee satisfaction. Finally, 11 excellent companies that have made indelible contributions in the development of H-EAP (health risk management & EAP) domestically have received four major awards.
