  • 随着 健康中国2030”的推进与落实,越来越多的企业也参与其中,共同践行健康企业的建设。这些企业来自不同的行业,具有不同的性质和规模。他们为员工提供了各种各样的健康风险管理和H-EAP服务,并在员工、公司和行业中建立了高质量的声誉。这些公司获得了宝贵的经验和富有成效的系统建设,成为健康公司在H-EAP实践中的领导者。

    近日,第二届国际健康风险管理协会(IHRMAH-EAP年终盛典暨优秀企业评选拉开帷幕。国际健康风险管理协会(IHRMA),持续积极促进全球疾病和健康风险管理,特别是健康风险预防和健康促进

    With the promotion and implementation of "Healthy China 2030", more and more companies are also involved in the construction of healthy companies. These companies come from different industries and have different natures and scales. They have provided a wide variety of health risk management and H-EAP services for their employees, and have established a high-quality reputation among employees, companies and industries. These companies gain valuable experience and fruitful system construction and become the leader of healthy companies in the practice of H-EAP.

    The International Health Risk Management Association (IHRMA) H-EAP Year-end Ceremony and Selection of TOP Awards kicked off. International Health Risk Management Association (IHRMA), which actively promotes global disease and health risk management, especially health risk prevention and health promotion.

    1. 多元化员工健康领军雇主

    Diversified Employee Health Leading Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰在员工身心健康服务方面广覆盖、高渗透,并长期致力于通过H-EAP等举措提升员工的幸福感、安全感、获得感。

    This award is intended to recognize the wide coverage and high penetration of employees' physical and mental health services, and has long been committed to improving employees' sense of happiness, security and gain through H-EAP and other initiatives.

    1. 数字化员工健康卓越雇主

    Digital Employee Health Excellent Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰积极贯彻数字经济发展战略,践行企业社会责任,利用各类数字化手段为员工提供整合式的身心健康关爱举措。在员工健康数字化方面的建设、实施、应用均已取得卓越成效,有落地的应用案例或产品,并具有较高的品牌知名度。

    The award aims to recognize the active implementation of the digital economy development strategy, the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, and the use of various digital means to provide employees with integrated physical and mental health care initiatives. Excellent results have been achieved in the construction, implementation and application of employee health digitalization, with landing application cases or products, and high brand awareness.

    1. 全球化员工健康标杆雇主

    Global Employee Health Model Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰对全球员工的身心健康关爱倾注较大投入的行业标杆雇主。企业须在海外的有一定的员工数量,并已为包括中国员工在内的全球员工提供H-EAP服务,且取得较好成效。

    The award aims to recognize the industry benchmark employers who have invested heavily in the physical and mental health care of global employees. The enterprise must have a certain number of employees overseas, and has provided H-EAP services to global employees, including Chinese employees, and achieved good results.

    1. 员工健康影响力创新雇主

    Employee Health Influence Innovative Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰在提供H-EAP服务初期就取得卓越成效,并不断挖掘新想法、新理念,运用新方式,持续提升员工对于H-EAP服务的关注度及使用率。

    This award aims to recognize the outstanding achievements made in the initial stage of providing H-EAP services, and constantly explore new ideas, and use new ways to continuously improve employees' attention and utilization of H-EAP services.

    1. 员工健康可持续发展先进雇主

    Sustainable Development of Employee Health Advanced Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰连续多年为员工提供身心健康服务的企业,并在未来数年内仍将持续为员工提供H-EAP服务,且员工使用率保持在稳定的水平。

    This award aims to recognize enterprises that have provided physical and mental health services for employees for many years in a row, and will continue to provide H-EAP services for employees in the coming years, and the employee utilization rate will remain stable.

    2022/12/1~2023/3/25

    将在国际健康风险管理协会官网宣布评选启动http://ihrmassn.org/;开始向企业发出参选邀请,并接受社会报名;

    The selection will be announced on the official website of the International Health Risk Management Association http://ihrmassn.org/ Start to send invitations to enterprises to participate in the election and accept social registration; 

     

    2进行评审Selection

    2023/3/25~2023/4/10

    将对报名企业进行初筛、评审;评审专家由国际健康风险管理协会理事、以及来自媒体、高校、权威协会等人员组成。

    Initial screening and evaluation will be carried out for the registered enterprises; The evaluation experts are composed of directors of the International Health Risk Management Association, as well as personnel from the media, universities, authoritative associations, etc.

     

    3公布结果Publish

    2023/4/15~2023/4/30

    将在国际健康风险管理协会官网公布评选结果;获得“H-EAP大奖的企业,将在10个工作日内收到实物奖牌;获奖新闻稿将在多个媒体平台进行宣传报道。

    The results will be published on the official website of the  International Health Risk Management Association; Enterprises that have won the "H-EAP TOP Awards" will receive physical medals within 10 working days;  The award-winning press releases will be publicized and reported on multiple media platforms.
