  • 随着 健康中国2030”的推进与落实,各行各业不同规模的企业积极响应并参与其中,共同践行健康企业的全面建设,为员工提供全面的健康风险管理和专业的H-EAP服务,积极推动企业健康生产力的发展,促进企业员工身心大健康全面提升。其中不乏优秀企业持续多年坚持“以人为本”的员工关爱理念,重视员工成长与发展,获得员工、公司和行业的一致认可与高质量的声誉,并成为行业中H-EAP实践的佼佼者。

    2023年,第二届国际健康风险管理协会(IHRMA)H-EAP优秀企业评选活动已圆满完成此次评选邀请全行业近百家企业参选“2022-2023年度H-EAP大奖”,对在H-EAP 服务实践中的关注力度、服务管理模式、项目经营落实、创新实践能力、员工满意度等方面做出卓越贡献与成绩的企业进行表彰,最终评选出以下获奖的优秀企业

    With the implementation of "Healthy China 2030" within China, enterprises of various industries and sizes have actively responded and participated. Companies are participating together in creating a healthy work environment that provides comprehensive health risk management and professional H-EAP services for employees. Additionally, enterprises have been actively promoting the development of a healthy and productivity work environment as well as the comprehensive improvement of the physical and mental health of their employees. Within these groups of companies, there are many outstanding entities that have maintained a policy of “respecting their employees” for many years. These entities value the growth and development of their employees, thus gaining unanimous recognition and good reputation from their workforce and other companies within their industry, becoming an outstanding practitioners of H-EAP.

    In 2023, the second International Association for Health Risk Management (IHRMA) H-EAP year-end event and outstanding employer of the year award was launched. Inviting enterprises from all industries to participate in the "2022-2023 H-EAP TOP AWARDS", recognizing the outstanding contributions and achievements made by enterprises in promoting H-EAP practices, service management, project implementation, innovative abilities, employee satisfaction, etc., and ultimately selecting the entities on the H-EAP awards list.

    数字化员工健康卓越雇主 Digital Employee Health Excellent Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰积极贯彻数字经济发展战略,践行企业社会责任,利用各类数字化手段为员工提供整合式的身心健康关爱举措。在员工健康数字化方面的建设、实施、应用均已取得卓越成效,有落地的应用案例或产品,并具有较高的品牌知名度。

    The award aims to recognize the active implementation of the digital economy development strategy, the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, and the use of various digital means to provide employees with integrated physical and mental health care initiatives. Excellent results have been achieved in the construction, implementation and application of employee health digitalization, with landing application cases or products, and high brand awareness.

    该奖项旨在表彰对全球员工的身心健康关爱倾注较大投入的行业标杆雇主。企业须在海外的有一定的员工数量,并已为包括中国员工在内的全球员工提供H-EAP服务,且取得较好成效。

    The award aims to recognize the industry benchmark employers who have invested heavily in the physical and mental health care of global employees. The enterprise must have a certain number of employees overseas, and has provided H-EAP services to global employees, including Chinese employees, and achieved good results.

     

    可持续发展健康榜样雇主  Sustainable Development of Employee Health Advanced Employer

    该奖项旨在表彰连续多年为员工提供身心健康服务的企业,并在未来数年内仍将持续为员工提供H-EAP服务,且员工使用率保持在稳定的水平。

    This award aims to recognize enterprises that have provided physical and mental health services for employees for many years in a row, and will continue to provide H-EAP services for employees in the coming years, and the employee utilization rate will remain stable.
